Fuel For Truth was established following the tragic events of September 11, 2001, by a group of young, secular Jewish men all under the age of 30, many of whom lost loved ones when the towers fell.
The founders of Fuel For Truth were not political activists or particularly active in the Jewish community, but as some of New York City’s top club promoters, up-and-coming business executives, and rising stars within the entertainment industry, they understood how media misinformation and the false perception connecting 9/11 with America’s support of Israel would result in increased hostility toward Israel and diaspora Jewry.
To combat this threat, they immersed themselves in understanding Jewish history and passionately dedicated their considerable skills, financial resources, and time to promoting the truth about Israel as well as dispelling dangerous lies fueling the culture of hatred and animosity toward Jews and their nation-state.
Our founders genuinely believed that every individual has the power to change the world. Together, they created a community of dedicated individuals from all walks of life who are committed to supporting Israel, democracy and freedom for all.
